The staff, each single member of staff!!! Very polite, very friendly and helpful. They made us an ungrade upon arrival for free, as we had an early morning flight, they let us check in at 9-10am in the morning, offered a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. That was fantastic. Breakfast in the gorgeous lobby.

Anna, the receptionist of the hotel, is very warm and friendly. The room is very beautiful, classic Italian decoration style, we booked two rooms, the room pattern is similar, but the curtains and crystal lights are different. The ballroom was beautiful, just like the dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. It's easy to get a taxi and there are good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful property in a beautiful city. The staff were attentive, but subtle & every need was catered for. All you could expect from St Regis!

Thank you for your support Sabrina. When I was sick, the hotel staff was so friendly to bring up tea and hot water to my room and asked if I need anything else. Great location, friendly and high quality staff

Everything was more than perfect! This one is the best hotel in Rome. Staff extremely kind , they always smile, services are also perfect. Andrea - from the register office - best of the best!

They didn’t have a room ready so they gave us a free breakfast! After our room was set up we went out for the day and we came back to find champagne in her room. Overall had a good experience at this hotel.

Probably the most luxurious hotel in Rome. Truly worth the price, amazing facility/ friendly staff and comfy bedrooms. However, a bit pricey.
