Anna, the receptionist of the hotel, is very warm and friendly. The room is very beautiful, classic Italian decoration style, we booked two rooms, the room pattern is similar, but the curtains and crystal lights are different. The ballroom was beautiful, just like the dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. It's easy to get a taxi and there are good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful property in a beautiful city. The staff were attentive, but subtle & every need was catered for. All you could expect from St Regis!

They didn’t have a room ready so they gave us a free breakfast! After our room was set up we went out for the day and we came back to find champagne in her room. Overall had a good experience at this hotel.

Everything The staff really made our stay. They went above and beyond to .ake everyday special. A special thanks to both the breakfast and dinner team. You guys were great. Keep up the great service.

Absolutely stunning. The most beautiful hotel in Rome. Very soothing color pallet. Excellent location. Exceptional service. I loved everything about it.
